If the phone line is not in your name, please do not complete any service
requests. Service requests can only be made by the customer in which the
phone line is setup. If there are special circumstances, you must
personally phone our main office in Reynolds. Please read all information
provided before submitting your request. Once you've submitted your
request, a service order will be initiated, and you will be responsible for any
and all applicable charges.
